The Thermography Center of Santa Barbara grew out of the deep personal passion of Jackie Kane.  Her deep commitment to healthy, holistic alternatives to women’s health, especially the issue of breast cancer, inspired her to open a thermography center focused on women's breast health.  “I am committed and passionate about educating women about breast thermography and searched for a way to offer life saving options to protect women’s health and well being.  Opening a breast thermography Center seemed like the single most important thing I could do,” states Ms. Kane.

The Thermography Center of Santa Barbara has locations in Santa Barbara, Ojai, Ventura, Tarzana, Topanga Canyon, and San Luis Obispo.  All locations feature State of the Art technology and all thermal reports are read by medical doctors who are board certified by the American College of Clinical Thermology.    

The first step to avoiding breast cancer is educating women and empowering them to make decisions based on sound holistic options.

Ms. Kane goes on to state, “Breast thermography is a completely safe procedure which is non-invasive thereby avoiding deep and dangerous compression of the breasts.  I am very concerned about the use of mammograms due to its many inaccuracies including a high rate of false positives and negative test results and a painful procedure which includes extreme compression of the breasts which could result in an increased chance of developing and spreading the cancer throughout your body."

“Let me share with you my very personal experience. When I was a young adult my maternal grandmother, who helped raise me, died of breast cancer. Years later I felt compelled to get a mammogram just before my 38^th birthday.  When I received my one and only mammogram I felt on a deep intuitive level that it was wrong, extremely toxic and worst of all that the compression could force cancer cells to disperse throughout the body.   It hit me so hard – it was one of the clearest and deepest impressions I have ever experienced on an intuitive level!  I have since found that there are scientists, researchers and doctors who clearly back up this theory including Dr. Shulze and Dr.Nan Fuchs.
 

Following that mammogram, I watched over the years as family members, friends of friends, and a very dear friend, were hit with the direct reality and impact of breast cancer. But now I knew there was something that could be done," states Kane.  Because thermography offers early screening for the development of disease hot spots can be reversed through diet and nutrition before they become life threatening. 

The Thermography Center’s goal is to make breast thermography as common and vital as your annual pap test, as well as affordable.  

Ms. Kane encourages women, and the men whose lives they touch, to educate themselves about the option of breast thermography and make wise decisions after considering all the information available.  

The Thermography Center now offers upper body and full body thermography for men and women for the screening of disease and pain through out the body.
